`MARTIN'S DREAM' CONCERT 2013 AT WOOLWICH LIBRARY by Sonny Jones

* Martin's Dream.

On the 28th of August, 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King Jnr., made his famous `I Have A Dream Speach' to a group of 250,000 people, and captured the spirit of the Civil Rights Movement.

The speach made at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. reportedly lasted only 17 minutes.

On Wednesday 28th August, 2013, that speach celebrated it's 50th Anniversay as well as its accomplishment, which, by all means has achieved much more that Dr. King was hoping for.

Today, the Greenwich Council and the GLL, the manager of the Greenwich Library Service, is commemorating it inside the library with a live concert from 6pm-8pm.

It is free and you are all invited.

If you are local, endeavour to come and experience this wonderful event.

IT IS FREE! IT IS FREE!! IT IS FREE!!!

See you there!
