Crossrail To Move Their Tottenham Court Road Visitor Information Centre

Crossrail has issued notice that its Visitor Information Centre at Tottenham Court Road will be permanently closed from Friday 21 March 2014.

In a Press statement made available to the media said, Crossrail said "we will be relocating to a new venue and we will let you know the new location and opening date as soon as the centre is ready."

But it said the visitor centre at Whitechapel remains open and is "located within the Idea Store at 321 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BU."

Crossrail said the centre is staffed on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am to 7pm, when anyone can drop in and talk to staff about Crossrail.
