Free Fruit TakeAway: McDonald's Restaurant Offers Free Fruit, Once Every Month

* From Friday 7th, March, 2014 fruits Now available at McDonald's Restaurants every month.

Beginning this Friday, McDonald's will give a free fruit to every customers who buys a Happy Meal from its restaurants. It will be repeated on the first Friday of every month.

A Manager at McDonald's Restaurant, Woolwich where a Happy Meal pack costs £2.49, said the goal is to help give children one of their 5-a-day portions, ensuring that they a balanced diet.

A promotional post of the offer made available to Woolwich Online said "To help give your kids one of their 5-a-day, we're giving away a free Apple & Grape Fruit Bag when you buy a Happy Meal® on the first Friday of every month."
