Second Floor Studios' Open Studios event begins today
Warren King of Warren King Photography describes Second Floor Studios as the "largest single site, affordable studio provisiion in UK."
The Open Studios is a bi-annual events which SFSA says are "the highlight of the arts organisations calendar.

Saturday 17 May - Day Opening from 11:00 - 18:00

Second Floor Studios' Open Studios event begins today
Warren King of Warren King Photography describes Second Floor Studios as the "largest single site, affordable studio provisiion in UK."
The Open Studios is a bi-annual events which SFSA says are "the highlight of the arts organisations calendar.
The event runs for three days starting Thursday 15th , Sat. 17th and Sunday 18th May, 2014 at their premises located on Harrington Way (off Warspite Rd), in Woolwich.
Details of the Event are as follow:

Opening Times: Thursday 15 May - Evening Opening from 17:00 – 21:00
Saturday 17 May - Day Opening from 11:00 - 18:00

* Rich Reid, a Painter, at work in the studios
It is a 3-day art, craft and design show through which SFSA’s members, comprising over 400 artists, printmakers, craft makers and designers, showcase their individual practices.
They do this by opening their studio doors and exhibiting their works of art, craft and design for the public to view and also buy directly from them commission-free.
* Member Sam Brown, Painting, assisted by pet dog.
A wide variety of work available across many disciplines and practises are on show, including in Architecture, Bookbinding, Cabinetmaking, Ceramics, Clockmaking, Digital, Drawing, Fashion & Accessories, Fine Art, Furniture Design, Garden Design, Glass, Illustration, Jewellery & Silversmithing, Moving Image, Photography, Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Textiles & Costume and Writing.
* Emile Carr- A fashion designer stitching it up.
What's more, with a wide area covered, there is indeed something of interest for everyone. And organisers say, last years even attracted over 3,000 visitors including many regulars and lots of new faces from all parts, making it one of the largest single site Open Studios in the UK.
* SFSA members, Merlin Wildman & Jane Cairns, Ceramicists have a laugh
