Jobs for Local people: Inter-Continental Chain to open luxury hotel on the Greenwich Peninsular

A new luxury hotel due to open next to the `London 02' is set to generate jobs for residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Currently under construction, the new hotel to arrive the Peninsular is due to open by the end of the year.

Owned by the Arora Group, the management is working with Royal Greenwich, through the Greenwich Local Labour and Business (GLLaB) to recruit Royal Greenwich residents to the many vacancies being created.

The prestigious new development will add to the attraction of North Greenwich, where the Smart City, comprising a set of new start-ups, is already being built.

From Thursday 25 June, 2015, GLLaB will begin to hold a planned series of `drop ins' Road Show will take place in different parts of the Borough so locals can enquire, register interest, sigh-up and or apply for the jobs.

It will hold between Thursday 25, June and Monday, 10th August, 2015.
