Woman Called 911 Because She Didn't Like Her Chinese Food, but what happened next?

Fox News | International

A woman who called 911 to complain about food that she did not like, found that justice is a two edged sword.

Charged: Tracey McCloud was arrested
and charge for wasting police time.
The woman from Alliance, Ohio was arrested after she called 911 to complain about a Chinese food order that simply wasn’t up to par.

The report featured by Fox News said Tracey F. McCloud (pictured), 44, of Cleveland, called 911 on Monday, explaining that she asked for a refund from the Chinese food restaurant, called Main Moon, but that the restaurant took the food back and didn’t return her money.

Alliance police reports state that McCloud called Main Moon, 1170 E. State St., Monday to report that her food “was not up to par for her liking.”

She said: “I had bought some Chinese food, and it’s not [up] to par to me, and I asked to get my money back, and they acting like they don’t understand me and took my food and won’t give me my money back,” she told the dispatcher.

“And this is why you called 911?” the stunned dispatcher asked. McCloud arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for misuse of 911.

Ohio Police say McCloud used the 911 system knowing there was no emergency existing requiring the use of 911, reports state.

Police advises that you do not call the emergency line for issues that do not warrant it.
