The teenage player, 19, arrived United from Monaco on September 1, and on his first game for his new club, he scored against Liverpool.
His two other goals were scored against Southampton, earning him 3 goals in three games.
Manchester United tweeted their congratulations to the star, saying "Congratulations to @AnthonyMartial, who's been named as @PremierLeague Player of the Month for September!"
For the Manager category, Coach Mauricio Pochettino of Tottenham FC was named the Manager of the month.
For the month in question, September, Spurs claimed three successive wins, including the impressive 4-1 victory at home to current leaders Manchester City. Only in August, they lost one and drew three of their four league games.

For the month September too, Tottenham also beat Sunderland and Crystal Palace to take them to the eighth position in the table after drawing 2-2 with Swansea in their last game on Oct. 4.
Tottenham FC tweeted their congratulations to their Manager saying, "Congrats to Mauricio who has been named September's @PremierLeague manager of the month! Interview on Spurs TV later."
Speaking to Sky Sports News HQ, Pochettino said: "It's a collective honour because we must recognise first our players, all coaching staff and the fans.
"It's good not just for me but for the whole club. It's very important. OK, it's 'Manager of the Month,' but we need to recognise all people involved in the team. The whole club deserve this award."
"It was a fantastic month for us that started at Sunderland, which was a big win, and afterwards Palace and Manchester City. The Sunderland win was very important because, after many draws, the team played well but we needed to win, and it confirmed our way."
"Also, Palace were a team who played very well since the start of the season. It's true that the headlines will be the win against Manchester City. After you beat them, it was exciting for all, but every victory was very important."
