When you have come a long way, walked that distance and finally take the stage, you must not disappoint.
* The 4th Power Group from the Philippines
They came, aiming to offer 200%, and hoped their performance makes the right impact. This is the story of an ambitious music group from the Philippines to featured on the X-factor.

To our young readers, it makes us ask "How far will you go to make your dream come true?"

From one of the Scottish Isles in West Lothian, Susan Boyle did it, in front of judges Simon Cowel, Amanda Holden and Pierce Morgan at the 2009 version of Britain's Got Talent - at 47.

Amanda Holden described her performance on that occassion as "the biggest wake-up call ever." Simon Cowel described her as "a little tiger" and Pierce Morgan gave her the biggest "Yes", he ever gave anybody.

The One Direction group did it as teenagers from the X-factor - but both were from within.

Today,we recognize feature the live performance of a group on the X-factor at London's Wembley Stadium who blew Cheryl's mind in August. The group comprised of four siblings - all of them girls - they called themselves the 4th Power.

During introduction, even Simon Cowell did not believe they had come from such distance to try their luck. It takes 10,869 km of flying to make a journey from Philippines to United Kingdom and to think it was going to be a try-your-luck journey makes it more challenging.

to make you cry...The 4th Power. ]

"Hi girls, how are you?"..Simon Cowel asked them. The girls take a brief moment to savour their immediate environment.

"So, who are you?" the X-Factor boss asked them.
"We are the 4th Power from the Philippians" came the reply.
"Wow....nice to meet you.", he said and added "So who put the group together?"
"We are sisters.."
"Wow... so you all live in England?"
"No we flew all the way from the Philippians...just to see you."
"No..I am excited.." Cowel told them and added "..so how does it feel being here now ...good?"
"This is like flying in the air, like a dream come true.."

If their performance was entertaining to the point of surprise, even more surprising was the fact the group had made enormous sacrifice to be at the X-factor.

Called the "The 4th Power", they flew all the way from the Philippines - to see Simon Cowel and The Queen - but more importantly to feature on one of the worlds most entertainment programmes, just to make their dream come true.

* [ And as a recap, now watch Susan Boyle's first
performances at the Britain's Got talent in 2009. ]

"We get people say, it is the British X-factor and I always say, we welcome talents from all over the world and you are incredibly welcome...in terms of first auditions, this is probably one of the best I have seen," Simon Cowel told them.

But before they featured on the programme, they had told the media, "its like an impossible dream, but its happening.."

"We have been singing, as a group since 2001 and have been doing competitions" they told him. And even though people tell them, "you are not going to make it, just give it up", they continued till they got their break to feature on the X-factor.

They got their fourth powered "Yeses" no doubt and perhaps, their big break in the world stage. What more could be more pleasing to a proud mother.
