KLM Unboxes A New Boeing 787 Dreamliner - It's News Fleet Member [See]

The Boeing Dreamliner 787, as President Obama once told an audience, is really "the Plane of the Future". Now, KLM has made it the plane of the present.

It is Boeing's bold pacesetter plane which Airbus had to work hard to rival. But when KLM unboxed one, it did so at the most auspicious festive period - December.

Ok..Let me be clear, I have never flown with KLM Airlines. But they are associated with my favourite airline - The Air France.

The video shows magnificent interiors - as should be expected - but with something more - if you choose a window seat, you will find that with the Boeing 787, you can dim the window by choice, effectively deciding what you see and how you see it. Even more so, how others see you.

There is something else, the plane comes with a special feature for making your coffee when you when it - a custom Expresso Machine, allows you to fix your own brew without calling out to the waitress.

The long awaited plane travels at an amazing cruise of 913 kl/hr. And, there is also an on-board wifi. Plus a standard airplane power connector. You can let your imagination roam on that.
