Woman Stretchered Out Of An Arena After Collision With Lebron James

A Golfer's Wife had to be stretchered out of basketball arena after LeBron crashed into spectators' seats.

The wife of top Australian golfer, Jason Day was hospitalized after LeBron James went crashing into her front-row seat during a game Thursday night. According to Fox News, the incident happened when the towering four-time NBA MVP, who stands six-foot-eight and weighs 250 pounds, dove for a loose ball late in the Cavs' win over Oklahoma City.

Ellie Day, seated to her husband's left, had to be stretchered out of Quicken Loans Arena and taken to a hospital for treatment.

USA Today tweeted the above photo with the words "Ellie Day, wife of Jason Day, is taken out on a stretcher after a collision with @KingJames".

The game was stopped during the tense few minutes as paramedics placed a head and neck brace on the woman.

One fan commented "Wow! Hope she's OK!!!" and another gushed "Oh my gosh that's a tough collision."

Le'bron James, who recently sealed a lifetime deal worth about $500 million ( some £325 million) with Nike, 

Lebron James himself showed his soft-side by tweeting "Ellie Day I hope you're doing okay! My apologies! Hope u guys come back to another game soon. Love LJ!"

Ellie Day, had newly given birth to her second child just last month and tweeted photos of her and her child with the words: "Baby photo blast. Lucy girl is 2.5 weeks and getting chunky as ever. @JDayGolf so much to be thankful for."

Her husband had his first major career victory during the PGA Championship in August.

But when she left hospital, she was surprised at the amount of public reaction from the collision was more than those from her husband's victory.

She tweeted a text in which she explained that she was ok and that it happened so fast she could not do anything about it.
