The Woolwich Town Centre witnessed huge footballs in the run-up to Christmas as last-minute shoppers scrambled for bargains.

Our Camera man was on hand to capture the experience from the Tesco Extra to the Powis Street and from the Powis Street to Spray Street, shoppers were seen in a hustling and bustling.

Tesco Extra was so busy that it's escalator, apparently gave up and simply stopped. But of course, there were other entry points to the shopping Mall at the second floor of the property.
