Duties:
· Reporting to the Senior Timekeeper, the purpose of this role is to coordinate and supervise the weekly Labour payroll and costs in a timely and accurate manner.
· Prepare site payroll for both direct and Labour only subcontract Labour
· Provide accurate weekly costs for payrolls
· Liaise with project OS's and Labour suppliers to resolve any pay anomalies or queries
· Assist in the management of project time and attendance/access control biometric system
· Work with Labour Suppliers to resolve queries
· Gather timesheets and allocation sheets from site supervisors to substantiate pay
Essential Criteria:
· Experience of large multi-disciplinary construction type projects
· Experience of time bound objectives relating to site payroll
· Experience of timekeeping functions for labour supply working arrangements
· Mathematics qualification would be an advantage but not required
· Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies
· Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
· Understanding of biometric time and attendance systems
· CSCS card is not a requirement but would be an advantage

Duties:
· Reporting to the Track Construction Manager, this role will support the Track Construction team at the site office in all areas of site administration. The scope of the project includes track construction work at Connaught which then moves to other site locations which are part of the C610 Systemwide works.
· Compile and submit daily labour returns
· Control and distribute incoming documents and drawings
· Compile and submit daily plant returns
· Compile and submit requisitions for materials, plant and consumables
· Calling off materials and consumables for site delivery
· Keep records of Quality Control check sheets
· Ensure that all documents required for construction are in place and available
· Compile and submit daily site diary
· Routine administration for the track team – including visitors, meetings, annual leave, expenses etc.
· Regular site photographs
· Local document control
· Administration of materials delivery documents and invoices
· Compile weekly progress reports
Essential Criteria:
· Previous experience of construction site administration
· Experience of track installation works desirable but not essential
· CSCS card
· GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
· Excellent communication and organisation skills
