For those who know him, Jack Ma needs no introduction. But for the majority of others who are familiar with what he does for a living, but do not know that he is behind it, we will introduce.

The man pictured above is no other person than the founder of e-comerce giant Alibaba Group. The group trades under the alibaba.com website and specialises on e-commerce, proving consumer-to-consumer, business to consumer and business to business sales services through websites where customer pay for others.

Alibaba.com also provides electronic payment services, a shopping search engine and data-centric cloud computing services. It started business only in 1999.

But Jack Ma did not find the route to success an easy one, and may not have dreamt of creating the 22nd World fortune company when he set off - not with the chronicles of failures he revealed himself.
