Remember The Thai Queen Who Knelt Before Her Recycling Trash Collection Mother

by Nancy Weirh | Life

She was tall, young and beautiful, but even Miss Thailand 2015 knew you never grow up to your parents - and for wise children, you never will take them for granted either.

Khanittha “Mint” Phasaeng, Miss Thailand 2015, coronation was the perfect time to show her mother her head was still bowed with respect.

The lady who was crowned Miss Uncensored News Thailand 2015 at the age of 17 in September last year, showed the world just how much regard she still had for her mother who lived by collecting recycling thrash.

When she arrived home, she visit her mother at the business location and ignoring photographers knelt down and kissed her mother's toe in front of filthy rubbish bins. All done to thank her for all she had done for her.

Her mother bent down, tenderly asking her to stand up.

If it feels like time to show you have outgrown your parents, remember Khanittha's remarkable story.
