It shows that majority of his targets looked at him in surprise, and revulsion while others are simply confused.
A female could not help laughing as the man touches her hand and gave her a wink. But his attempts at another woman got total rebuttal. And some Guys could not hide their anger in what appear to be an open invitation to gay affairs.
