Last month, Future left family court with his ex-fiancee Ciara over their two-year-old son, but according to report in VLAD TV, it seems he will be returning there with another baby mama.
As it stands now, the mother of his oldest son, Jessica Smith is now taking him to court and suing him for additional child support, claiming child neglect as one the reasons, and blaming his neglect for the behavioral problems of their teenage son.
But, it is not the first run-in for the couple. Back in 2013, Future and Smith, were locked in a court battle for an increase in child support, after Future reported he was only making $16K per month, while Smith argued he was making above $50K a month.

At the time, the two settled the case and Smith went from receiving $1,662 to $2,800 per month. In the new lawsuit, Smith is claiming that Future’s neglect of his first born is causing the 13-year-old to have increasing emotional and behavioral problems.
