COVID-19 - NCDC Reports 176 New Cases, Taking Total Past 55,600

A new report published by the NCDC last night said 176 new cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in Nigeria. The new overall total now stands at 55, 632.

43,610 patients have been discharged so far while 1,070 died, according to the report.

Of the new cases, the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, had 40 to take the top spot, followed by Lagos with 34 cases. Plateau had 26 and Enugu was fourth with 14.

Edo, Osuna and Bauchi had 1 new case each.
