MFM ADULT CHURCH STEPS ASIDE FOR ITS YOUTH MINISTRY IN THAMESMEAD, LONDON

Mountain of Fire and Miracles, Thamesmead Branch, holds its annual Youth Event today at the Church Auditorium on 71-73 Nathan Way, Thamesmead, London SE28.

The event features talent shows, drama, music, recitations, preaching, prayer and counselling. It is organised every year to give the youth the chance to show the adult church what they have been doing in their youth section of the church.

Last night when, Woolwich Arsenal Online visited to see how preparations were going, the youth were actively involved in rehearsals and looked upbeat and set to display.

Today's event will be closely followed tomorrow by youth Ministry allowed to take over the whole church and to conduct the days activity - The pastor will stand aside and seat among the congregation to observe. The onus lies on the children to prove their mettle.

Preceeding the Youth event was the special prayer session organised as part of the mid-week service. A special prayer program was distributed in church for mid-night of the 12.12.12, a special date that will not be witnessed again for another 1000 years.

On Thursday, 13.12.12, the `We Care Ministry' were planning to visit some `rough sleepers' in the Thamesmead, to show some love.
