WOOLWICH ROUTE: NEW SIGNALLING PROBLEM CAUSE DELAYS ON THE SOUTHEASTERN by Sonny Jones
Expect delays on the South Eastern Route from the City to Dartford, say Rail line.
The new spate of delays are caused by new signalling problems at Woolwich Dockyard are affecting journeys from Canon Street and Charing Cross Stations.
Passengers hoping to catch the South Eastern trains through Woolwich are advised to expect up 15 minutes delays or seek alternative means to get to their destinations.
South Eastern Trains say some services will be diverted via Bexleyheath and not call at stations between Lewisham and Dartford.
Delays are currently being experienced from London Bridge to Dartford via Charlton and diversions are still in place, the railine said.
