Rail Commuters face another morning of chaos on the Southeastern Tuesday morning after signal failures caused mass delays and cancellations.
Workers travelling to work during the rush hour through the Woolwich Arsenal Station, were told there were delays and that `we are not sure when it will be resolved'. The DLR had good service at the time. Many quickly changed plans whenever they could.
When our reporter arrived at the Dartford Station at about seven in the morning, many trains were unable to leave for their journeys and the displays were changing from `delayed' to `cancelled.'

Staff at the Dartford Station told us there were 16 tracks were involved in the signal failures across the network and that no areas had been isolated for service.
Some desperate rail users were still touching in and going through the barrier though to wait at the platforms.
Because of the delays, when the trains finally arrived, passengers scrambled and pushed to get on-board
