Prani Gurung, Plumstead Bride Say "I DO" at The Royal Regency Hall

London | WEDDING CEREMONY | by Benson Agoha

On Sunday, 12 May, 2013, The Royal Regency, Manor Park played host, as venue to a very important Nepalese Wedding Ceremony, attended by VIP's and the Who-is-Whos in Woolwich, Plumstead, London and other parts of the country.

Prani Gurung, daughter of Mohan Gurung, the boss of the Nepali TV, was given in marriage, by her proud family to Prakash Gurung, Son of Retd. Capt. Hitman Gurung MBE and Mrs. Bishnu Gurung, Grandson of Late Lt. Purna Gurung. It was an occasion that Woolwich Arsenal Online, was pround to cover and present to you.

As you would expect, it was an event that pulled the cream of society, and although it was held outside of the borough, it was very well organised and attended.

Guests from the Groom's side wore unifying green scarf. Otherwise, scarfs poured in in so many colours than I could count.

At Gift Time: Boxed gifts were not allowed at the wedding, so don't expect to see too many wrapped gifts, but they poured in sealed envelopes - if you know what I mean.

Attended from various destination within the country and from overseas, it was the perfect place and time to catch up with old friends from far and wide.

I present you to you in these clips some of the eye-catching events, but there were just so many. Please sit back and enjoy the pictures.
