POLICE RELEASE NEW RECONSTRUCTION VIDEO ON MADDIE'S DISAPPEARANCE by Benson Agoha

The above e-fit have been widely circulated since it was released by the Metropolitan police team investigating the disappearance of Maddeline Mccann.

The girl was taken from a holiday apartment in Portugal on May 3rd 2007, aged three.

Police confirm there has been enormous public response involving phone calls and emails, since the efits were issued.

In the past one hour (2pm), the met tweeted that there has been “..more than 730 calls and 212 emails as a direct result of the specific lines of enquiry issued yesterday”

The investigation team, led by DCI Andy Redwood say they had to start all over, from the very scratch. They have now plotted all new lines of enquiries into the disappeance on an interactive map.
