TERRORISTS ON THE LOOSE IN RUSSIA AS NEW SERIAL BLAST KILL 14, INJURE 27 by Benson Agoha

Serial Terror blasts today left at least 14 dead when a Trolley bus was targeted in the Russian city of Volgograd, according to Russian News media RT.
The latest attack comes a day after yesterdays attack which killed 17 people and injured scores of others, forcing President Putin to issue orders to the security agencies to beef up security in the run-up to the winter olymps just weeks away.
41 people survived today attack and the 27 that were injured were being treated in hospital, even as it is feared that the dead toll may rise.
As expected security agents sealed off the site where charred remains of Route 1233 stands, and were combing it for clues to the motive behind the second terror attack in two days in Russia.
Despite, the attacks, the Winter Olympics are expected to go ahead as Russia has no intention of cancelling the event.
