The East Greenwich Library, formerly located at the grade 2 listed property occupying No, 82 Pierce Street, Greenwich has moved and is now settling well in its new location further down the road.

The new Library is more modern than The famous Woolwich Library and with a lot more computers than they had in their former location.
Whereas the East Greenwich Library could boast only about 3 computers in their former location, they now have about 50 computers - all with TopSeller ThinkCentre 23" monitors that give you the chance to work on two open winders vertically standing side-by-side.

From the foyer of 12 Lambarde Square, Greenwich, London SE10 9GB, visitors have clear view of the vehicular traffic across the street. Ahead across the computer desks are the reception desks of the Leisure centre, Gym with fully accessible fitness technology, two Swimming pools including a learner pool, a Cafe which is indeed perfect for meeting up with friends and colleagues.
And a twenty-four hour automated renewal service that enables borrowed items to be renewed even when you are abroad, without piling up debts on them.
Yours faithfully was conducted round the new facility. The Swimming pools and Gym are located below ground level. There were activities in the Gym area - all four areas and as well as the Swimming pools. So expectedly, we were not allowed to take new photos.
While books and internet use in the Library area are free, the use of the Gym and Swimming pools is be membership that cost the same as the facility in Woolwich.
