Kim Kardashian Finally doubles up. Star Pregnant With Second Child

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her second child with US rapper Kayne West.

Kim makes it double - finally!

She made the announcement during the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which was broadcast in the US.

In a preview clip for a future episode, she told sister Khloe: "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"

The show had documented the star's fertility struggles with her husband, rapper Kanye West, and she had revealed that an attempt to get pregnant through IVF had failed.

Ahead of her show being broadcast in the US, Kardashian, 34, tweeted: "Who is excited for tonight's KUWTK finale?!?!?! There's some exciting news to share so make sure you tune in!!!!!"
