It may seem like minors are immune from being punished by the law, but it's only up to a point.
A boy (12) from Nebraska who was wanted for murder has been captured in Minnesota and charged, according a report by Fox News.
Jarrell Milton was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Thursday in Minneapolis in connection with a drug-related shooting last month in Omaha.

"Police say that Jarrell Milton, his 17-year-old brother Jamar Milton, and 15-year-old Shuntayvious Primes-Willis had intended to rob two men who they lured to Miller Park under the pretense of conducting a marijuana deal." Fox News reports, adding "They say gunfire erupted shortly thereafter. Jamymell Ray, 31, was killed, and 30-year-old Charles Fisher was wounded in the shooting."
Jamar Milton and Primes-Willis were arrested a day before authorities caught Jarrell Milton. The two teens have been charged with first-degree murder and ordered held without bail.
And crime runs in the family it seems because according to Omaha.com Jarrell Miltons parents have themselves experienced jail terms. His father is currently in jail too.

Jamar Milton and Primes-Willis each was ordered held without bail Tuesday, charged as adults with first-degree murder.
Jarrell and Jamar are brothers.
"Javaris Eugene Milton, 37, Jamar and Jarrell's father, was convicted of first-degree murder in 2011 in Minneapolis and is in prison in Minnesota. The boys' mother, Iyannia Moss, 37, also has served prison time, for felony assault." Omaha.com said.
The three suspects have gang ties, according to investigaors.
