How you can eat your cake and have it - experimenting with Balloons.

by Benson Agoha | Entertainment

The above question often agitates our minds but when considered literally, eating and still having our cakes are often parallels, which makes it a challenge.

So imagination makes belief possible, doesn't it. When duly considered, this photo poses more questions than answers- and no, it is not photo-shopped.

Balloons are interesting features of many fun activities. Loved by Events Hosts and cherished by children, we enjoy the the twats and pops. Set the balloon free and enjoy the floating spectacle.

But some things just dont mix in this world of ours. Think of dogs and cats always fighting. Or oil and water, ever choosing to remain separated from each other.

What about needles and balloons - do they mix? No. "Everyone knows that a balloon's worst fear is a sharp object", says Steve Spangler, the experimenting specialist, adding "With a little scientific knowledge about balloons under your belt, you'll be able to perform a seemingly impossible task, [like] pierce it balloon with a wooden skewer without popping it."

Well then, we now know we can skewer through a balloon without doing it any damage. But how could anyone nail a balloon on a wall without actually popping it? Piercing sure takes on a whole new meaning!

Above we post a video to show you how harmony can be achieved for one of the things that just can't or won't mix.

Below is a video that lets a model get her fickle fingers on a few balloons - Watch:
