Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings To Hold In Malta 27th - 29th November, 2015

Heads of Governments of the British Commonwealth - an umbrella group for heads of governments from former British colony.

Her Majesty, The Queen  and The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip were expected to arrive in Malta later today for the Commonwealth Head of Government Meetings which holds between Friday the 27th and Sunday the 29th of November 2015.

As the Head of the CHOGM, The Queen is expected to open the meeting on Friday.

President, Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria is also expected to arrive in Malta today too, having left Abuja for the meeting this morning.

Nigeria hosted the Common Wealth meeting in 2003 and The Queen visited the country on that occasion too (bottom).

Her Majesty, is  also expected to host a banquet in honour of President Buhari and other Heads of Government in attendance at the meeting, according to UK In Nigeria.



The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, have also arrived in Malta where the Duchess reportedly toured Mdina Glas in Ta' Qali as her first engagement in Malta, according to the Times of India.
