Our lives owe a lot to our creator, the Most High God, who delivers us from our excesses, from the excesses of nature, the environment and even from our own mistakes. But sometimes, our lives depends on learning.

This video, shared by the World Street Journal some time back, shows a skilled KLM pilot successfully landing a Boeing 777 at Schiphol Airpot during a violent storm.

Imagining yourself seated in the plane at the time, makes you realise how much gratitude we own to our creator and to learning. And also exposes why we should realise the need acquire skill and respect others for acquiring theirs.

When a leader redefines standard, ignoring the relevance of skilled learning, he or she risks bringing the organisation into disrepute.
