A rising Nollywood star, Olamide David died on Sunday, aged just 14.

He was playing football with friends on Sunday when one of them mistakenly kicked him in the stomach, according reports by a Nigerian blogger.

The young actor fell to the ground and complained of pains. Even though he was rushed to the General Hospital in Ikeja, Lagos, he died in early hours of Monday.
