Council tenants and leaseholders are invited to become ‘mystery shoppers’ for the Royal Borough’s housing service to check the quality of the services and how applications and enquiries are handled by staff.
Cllr Chris Kirby, the Council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, said: “The aim is to find out how questions and queries are dealt with by housing department staff to see if there are any holes in the way services are presented."
"If these are identified, we can do something about them. It’s all about ensuring we are providing proper and efficient services to tenants and leaseholders.”
People interested in becoming a mystery housing shopper should register their interest online at www.royalgreenwich.gov.uk/housingmysteryshopper.
