* Facebook Founder: Mark Zuckerberg settles court dispute.
SAN FRANCISCO - Mark Zuckerberg is a multi-billionaire but he is fretting away those crisp notes, not just yet although he has promised to do so in the course of his life-time.

The Facebook founder has reportedly agreed to settle a lawsuit over property, but pay no money to the real estate developer who sued him, according to the Strait Times.

Well, like most of it, its a rich man's story - he is accused of agreeing to purchase another's rights to a parcel of land adjacent to his own property in California and following that to introduce the former property owner to his other friends as a way to help boost the other man's property business. He is said to have failed to fulfill on that promise.

So the the property owner - a property Developer called Mircea Voskerician, opted for litigation and Zuckerberg responded `arguing in court documents that Voskerician threatened to build a large mansion on the parcel and demanded to be paid millions of dollars in exchange for "privacy consideration."`

But the gamut of argument changed when a new lawyer entered the scene for the property developer.

According to the Strait Times report Guyton Jinkerson, an attorney for Voskerician who joined the case in January made the differeince, saying they "reviewed the factual and legal premises" pursued by developer's previous lawyers, and that: "Upon careful reflection we determined that this case should be resolved,"adding "We are pleased that the parties have been able to bring an end to this litigation."

On the other hand, Zuckerberg's attorney, Patrick Gunn, said in a statement on Tuesday that evidence in the case showed the property developer had relied on doctored evidence to support his claims.

"We are pleased this years-long harassment has come to an end and that plaintiff will see no financial gain from his misconduct." Gunn said.
