COVID-19 Figures Drop For Lagos Two Days After End Of Lock-down

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) last night released the latest figures for the coronavirus. The disease agency said 148 new cases of COVID-19 were reported. This means a total of 2,950 case for Nigeria.

The new figure represented a drop from the previous day when 245 new cases were reported.

The break down of the new list show that Lagos had 43 new cases, against 76 reported yesterday.  Kano jumped to the second position with 32 new cases while Katsina had only 9 reported cases.

481 patients have been discharged so far, representing 64 new discharges, a remarkable good news, while 9 patients died, bringing the total death toll to 102.
