COVID-19 - NCDC Says 242 New Cases Recorded, Kano Follows Lagos On The List

The NCDC has released the latest record of 242 new cases of the Coronavirus in Nigeria, bringing the total confirmed cases to 4,641. Lagos remain on top of the list with 88 new cases.

But Kano has moved up the list, to a challenging second position, with 64 new cases.

Katsina state that did not make the list the day before reappeared with 49 new cases. Kaduna was 4th with 13.

However, five states, Ondo, Oyo, Rivers, Zamfara, Borno and Bauchi states share the bottom of the list with 1 new case each.

A total of 902 have now been discharged but the death toll moved up to 150 after seven more people died.
