Sunday 8th May, 2016 was the Celebration Sunday for the 35th Anniversary of Winner Chapel. With a newly completed International Minister's Conference in Canaan Land, the church's head quarters in Nigeria, many of the ministers were around to join in on the celebration.
But the congregation saw a different spectacle when Papa and Family knelt down in front of Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye who leads the Redeemed Christian Church of Good worldwide.
As has been explained, Bishop Oyedepo credits Pastor Adeboye for some of his early guidance steps in his Christian Missionary journey. So he still introduces him as his spiritual father.
