Luis Suarez: Who Will Deliver This Complex Talent From Himself?

by Benson Agoha

The buzz about Luis Suarez is on again - and this time for all the wrong reasons.

In their last group game with Italy yesterday, the Uruguan international, who plays for Liverpool in England, reportedly bit defender Giorgio Chiellini, effectively raising another storm. He was banned at Liverpool for  similar offence.

* Georgio Chiellini cries out in agony as he shows off visible bite marks made by Luis Suarez.

Luis Suarez may have come back stronger from his bans at Liverpool and Ajax, but making biting his stock in trade is disgusting and barbaric. If found guilty, FIFA's reward may not be very generous.

This is a man that was already being touted as worthy of another multimillion acquisition. Just how this despicable behaviour will help him is as much of my guess as anyone's.

The Uruguan talent really needs help, but who will deliver him from himself?  One biting incident was disgusting, two outrageous but three must be self-destructing.

Good footballers  are known to do 'all' they can to win, but those who play to last long in the field, do so within acceptable professional norms and ethics.

In just one week, the complex talent moved from hero to villain. How unbelievable!
