The Crew of Polish Tall Ship Dar Mlodziezi, Parade In Greenwich

Greenwich, London: by WO Staff

This is the moment the Crew of Polish Tall Ship, Dar Mlodziezi (pictured below) paraded in Greenwich.  It is one of 50 tall ships taking part in the festival.

The photo was shared on Twitter by Mirranda Williams.

If you were able to take photos of the parade, please send us some of tag us when you share on twitter or facebook.

* The slow rowing lounging boat.(a)

* Kids hitting it hard on giant drums. (b)

* The Skeleton: (c)

Children are not even scared by stuff like this anymore. Notice how the kid held onto the skeleton leg.

* With the man behind (a), (b) and (c) installations above.

He says the philosophy behind the boat is to take life easy and not rush through it too fast.

* Hop Stuff Stand. The new micro-brewery based in Royal Arsenal.

* Tolkien was back to finish what it started.

The JR Tolkien Tall Ship made a promotional visit in April during the early stages of the plan, and to help market the event. During that visit, it provided a free tour of the ship.

It arrived back at Royal Arsenal Pier on Friday afternoon.

* The Cycle Park

The park is located at the space overlooking Beresford Square, just beside Iceland store, Woolwich. If you need it, you should have no difficulty finding it when you arrive.

* BETTER Exercise/Fitness Machines.

The bikes were installed by BETER, Managers of the Woolwich Leisure Centre and the Woolwich Library.

Although these bikes appear to have been relocated, interested visitors can ask from one of the ready hands, for direction to their new stand.
