Newham Residents Called Out To Fanzone During Rugby World Cup 2015

Residents of New Ham and interested parties are being invited to come along to the Newham Fanzone during Rugby World Cup 2015.

The iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will host the Newham Fanzone during Rugby World Cup 2015. And the Newham Fanzone is offering Rugby fans the opportunity to enjoy the build-up to matches and join in the nationwide celebration of Rugby at an inspirational sporting venue.

With a big screen showing live matches, live music and food as well as opportunities for fans to engage in Rugby activities, the Newham Fanzone is the ideal location to enjoy the games.

Live music will be performed from a bandstand at the Newham Fanzone from popular acts including Britain's Got Talent semi-finalists Revelation Avenue, Asian Elvis Sal Bashir, 16 year-old singer James Anderson and the Godfather of UK Latin Music Roberto Pla.

The site will be open to the public at varying times across the six week tournament. On days when the Stadium is hosting matches, access to the Fanzone will be limited to ticket holders only. On all other match days, the site will be free to enter for all.
