Doctors Operate On "Tree Man" Of Bangladesh With Huge Growths On Hands And Feet

He could neither eat by himself nor walk like others due to huge growths on hands and feet, but the anguish of many years for the Bangladesh has now ended after more than a dozen operations was carried bout by medical doctors to remove the growths.

Abul Bajandar has a rare condition called epidermodysplasia verruciformis, where tree-like warts grow from hands and feet. He lived with it for several years, refusing to succumb to the threat of death.
He has now had some 5kg (11lbs) of growths removed after Bangladesh government agreed to pay his medical bills at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where facility director Samanta Lal Sen says he will need 12 more over next 6-12 months.

Hmm..a little tough to taken in, but stuff do happen in this our world.
