While the abduction of a 13 Year old girl in Nigeria has been the subject of human rights activist, Dr. Oby Ezekweshili's latest battle, a man has written an annoying piece on social media on the issue.

According to reports, the girl was abducted from her parents home in Bayelsa State part of Nigeria and taken all the way to the North where she was married off to a man in Kano. She has now reportedly converted to Islam.
But Dr. Ezekweshili has branded the forced marriage, of 13 year old Esse Oruru, as illegal and in a series of posts has been answering questions to show why.
"Yes Andrew. The Child Rights Act expressly states marriage of girls less than 18 is ILLEGAL" she says on Twitter.
But will her husband, a man simply identified as Yinusa of the Housa tribe in Northern Nigeria, is not listening.
There may be hope though because according to the Emir of Kano.."People done stupid things but we should be able to resolve this."
