Unconfirmed Reports Say Marks And Spencer Is Set For A Woolwich Town Centre Return

It has now been occupied by new comer 99P Store.
Marks and Spencer, the High Street giant which left its Powis Street shop after 100 years, nearly two years ago is reportedly making plans to return to the Town Centre.

But according to the unconfirmed reports, Marks and Spencer will be returning, not as a clothing outlet, but with its Simply Food store.

The store will also not be going back to Powis Street, but will now be located near the new Crossrail Station, which is currently under construction in the Royal Arsenal side of Woolwich.

Declining Sales, was one of the reason that forced the hand of M&S bosses as they made had and difficult decisions to put down costs, but closing some of their stores.
