COVID-19 - NCDC Releases Report of 340 Confirmed New Cases That Takes Total Past 51,000

Last night's report of 340 confirmed new cases of the coronavirus took the overall total to 51,304. Nigeria's Disease control office said it has discharged a total of 37,885 so far while 996 have died.

Of the new cases, Kaduna topped the list with 63, followed by Federal Capital Territory with 51, and Plateau trailing in the third position with 38.  Lagos was fourth on the list, following by Delta and Gombe with 25 and 21 respectively.

Sokoto, Imo, and Nasarawa occupy the bottom of the list with 2 new cases each.
