Nigerian Schools Prepare For An Imminent Reopening, But No Specific Date Yet

Private schools are preparing their JSS3 students for their Besec examinations scheduled to run from the 21st - 26th of September, 2020.

Nigeria's Minister of State For Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba told the media on Monday that schools resumption, including universities and other tertiary institutions, would happen very soon.

According to a report credited to the Nigerian Guardian, the Minister was responding to questions at the Presidential Task Force briefing in Abuja.

No specific date for schools resumption has been announced though.

Meanwhile, as the West African Senior School Certificate Examinations prepares to round up, state Common Entrance Examinations are scheduled to take place on October 17.
